Bam Margera's Uncle Don Vito From 'Jackass' Dies At 59

Bam Margera's uncle Vincent "Don Vito" Margera, who played big roles on Bam's hit MTV shows "Viva La Bam" and "Jackass," has died at the age of 59.

Vincent was in critical condition towards the end of October when he collapsed in his Pennsylvania home, as HNGN previously reported. He was in a coma for a few days from kidney and liver failure after years of hard partying, and he had been in bad shape in the hospital for the past several weeks.

Bam's mother said that Vincent died in the early hours on Sunday, Nov. 15, according to TMZ.

He had made frequent appearances in "Viva La Bam" from 2003 to 2006 and had several cameos in the "Jackass" movies and TV show. He was mostly known for the hilarious pranks Bam and the "Jackass" boys would play on him.

Vincent's death is the second loss for the "Jackass" family over the past few years, as fellow star Ryan Dunn died in June 2011, according to Variety. Dunn passed in a tragic car accident at just 34 years old.
