Apple will be offering a live stream of its major press event on Tuesday starting at 10 a.m. PT and 1 p.m. ET. The company has announced that the event will be live streamed via the Apple Events section of its home page found HERE.
Just clicking the link might not be enough as Apple has placed some restrictions on the live stream to ensure that only its most loyal customers are able to watch the event live.
Web users must watch the stream online with a Safari browser either for iPhone, iPad running iOS 4.2 or later. People who want to watch on their computers need a version of the Safari browser on OS X 10.6 or later. If you have an Apple TV, second or third generation, you can see the event on your set-top box with software 5.0.2 or later, according to ZDNet.
Assuming your device meets those standards, you'll be able to watch a stream of the event HERE and witness the unveiling of the new full-sized fifth generation iPad as well as the second generation iPad mini. Also likely to be showcased at Apple's speech are release dates for the new Mac Pro and the new operating system for Macs OS X Mavericks, both of which were unveiled at Apple's World Wide Developer's Conference back in June. The new hardware and software have been in development stages ever since. It's likely the company will finally take the wraps off the technology and let customers know when it will hit store shelves.
Analysts predict that each is slated for a release within the first weeks of November.
You can check out the live stream HERE when it kicks off close to 10 a.m. PT and 1 p.m. ET. Double check now so to ensure that you are up-to-date and can run the stream on the proper browser so that you don't miss a second of the unveiling action.
