Lindsay Lohan: Actress Allegedly Spits In Bystander's Face During 'Racist' Meltdown At NYC Bar

Lindsay Lohan is grabbing headlines for all the wrong reasons again. The "Mean Girls" actress was apparently involved in an ugly altercation at a bar in Manhattan on Friday, according to Perez Hilton.

Cops were called to the Vbar in Greenwich Village after Lilo spat in the face of a male bystander and directed a series of "racist" remarks at the man in the wee hours of Friday night.

Lohan and her sister Ali were in the bathroom of the establishment for about 20 minutes when a bartender knocked on the door and asked the two to leave.

"They walked in off the street and made a beeline for the bathroom. They didn't order a drink or anything. They were in there for around 20 minutes and then the bartender started knocking on the door and asked them to come out. When they didn't come out, he then asked them to leave and Lindsay became aggressive and belligerent," according to a source, Radar Online reported.

"Lindsay came out and her eyes were glazed over and she started yelling at the bartender - who is originally from West Africa - 'This is New York. You're not from here,'" the source added.

The unidentified barman said Lohan mocked his African accent and kept asking if he was from Ghana, according to Page Six.

The situation worsened when some patrons at the bar tried to intervene and asked the pair to leave the bar following their misbehavior when Lohan spat in the face of one of the customers at the bar.

Booted from the bar, Lilo and Ali tried to get back into the establishment but failed as the bartender had bolted the door, reported eyewitnesses. One of the actress' friends then showed up at the bar and allegedly tried to start a fight with the bartender. "He got in his face taking a really aggressive stance and was threatening him," a source pointed out. Four NYPD officers then arrived at the scene and asked Lohan's pal to leave.
