It's been about four months since Bindi Irwin was crowned the winner of Season 21 of "Dancing with the Stars," but it's time for a brand new celebrity to win the iconic Mirrorball Trophy!
After weeks of rumors, the full Season 22 "DWTS" cast was announced on this morning's episode of "Good Morning America." While "Fuller House's" Jodie Sweetin, "Good Morning America's" Ginger Zee and NFL star Antonio Brown had already been confirmed prior to the announcement, the remaining celebs have officially been revealed.
There will be a few changes to the upcoming season as six-time winner Derek Hough will not be competing for the first time in 16 seasons. While fans are upset over this as he's one of the most popular pros, Hough is just taking some time out to prep for his upcoming Broadway role in "Singin' in the Rain" and is expected to come back following this season. His sister, Julianne Hough, also will not be returning as a judge, but former judge Len Goodman will be making his grand return.
Here are the nine stars that will be joining Sweetin, Zee and Brown on the dance floor!
Former NFL quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Doug Flutie
Boyz II Men singer Wanya Morris
NFL player and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller
"America's Next Top Model" winner Nyle DiMarco
"The O.C." actress Mischa Barton
Donald Trump's ex-wife Marla Maples
UFC fighter Paige VanZant
Actress and "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Fields
Talk show host and reporter Geraldo Rivera
The contestants weren't the only major news revealed on "GMA" this morning as we also found out which pro dancer each of the celebs will be competing with. The official "DWTS" Instagram page also posted an awesome photo of all the stars and their partners in a disco ball with the caption: "The battle for the Mirrorball Trophy begins!
