The first two images from Kylie Jenner's new ad campaign for Puma have finally arrived after being teased last month. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star - who reportedly signed a seven-figure contract with Puma - revealed the first two images of the new spring/summer line on her Instagram account.
The two pictures show the 18-year-old wearing Puma's new sneakers, Puma Fierce, which have a slip-on feature and the ankles cut out to make for more flexible movement. She is also wearing a blue sports bra that is embellished with the company's logo and a matching pair of patterned leggings.
The company described the Puma Fierce sneakers as a "lightweight laceless training shoe designed to be both versatile and functional and mixes performance-ready technology with street-worthy styling."
"Excited to reveal my campaign for the @PUMA Fierce, a lightweight trainer with zero excuses, available starting 4/1 on PUMA.com, PUMA retail stores, and select retailers worldwide," Jenner captioned one of the photos. "The next level starts here #ForeverFierce."
When Jenner's deal with Puma was first announced in February, the Kylie Lip Kit maker received the wrath of her bother-in-law Kanye West, who frequently works with Puma's competitor, Addidas.
"1000% there will never be a Kylie Puma anything," West, 38, tweeted Feb. 9. "That's on my family! 1000% Kylie is on Yeezy team!!!"
West continued: "Puma we gone give you your measly million dollars back!!! Never try to divide the family!!!"
West later recanted his statement when it was revealed that Jenner had already signed the deal with Puma.
"She already signed," West said Feb. 17. "And I was mad for a little bit. I'm really happy for her, though."
"I am pleased and excited to be able to confirm that Puma is indeed working with Kylie Jenner," a spokesperson for Puma said. "Kylie will be featured in the brand's spring-summer women's training campaign launching in April 2016. Kylie represents a fresh and exciting new era for fashion and we couldn't think of a more fitting and influential female to headline this campaign for Puma."
