Iskra Lawrence Shuts Down Fat-Shamers In Best Way Possible [PHOTO & VIDEO]

British model Iskra Lawrence has made quite the name for herself in the industry, and it's not just because she's beautiful, but because she's honest and confident. As everyone knows, it's not always easy being considered plus-size, especially in the modeling world, but she's not going to let haters stop her from doing what she loves.

Lawrence, who is mainly known for being a major part in the Aerie Real campaign, recently took to Instagram to shut down those who have fat-shamed her by specifically calling out one user who had left a nasty comment. The Instagram user, @zseanzbrown, had commented on one of her previous photos, calling her fat and telling her she's eating "too many bags of crisps," so Lawrence responded in the best way possible- by posting a photo of herself covered in bags of crisps.

"I'm sorry I couldn't help myself...This is for anyone who has ever been called FAT," she wrote. "Thanks for the inspirational words on a recent pic @zseanzbrown. 'Fat cow. It's only cus every f****r on this planet is obese that that's the norm...Plus-size models? Give me a f****g breaking. Everyone needs to stop eating McDonald's, the NHS is f****d because of people like her eating too many bags of crisps.' Opinions are like arseholes-everyone's got one."

She then posted a slow-motion video of her eating a bag of crisps, while showing off her incredible curves in matching nude lingerie. She captioned the video with the same comment from the user who fat-shamed her and then added, "Ps I do not condone binge eating. I eat whatever I want in moderation. I will eat crisps but I'll also make healthy home cooked meals and workout regularly. The message is who gives a F what anyone else thinks of you. YOU are the only one who decides your self worth."

She then quickly apologized for her actions, even though the photo and video are extremely inspirational to girls everywhere. "Sorry I'm usually not rude or give anyone the finger," she added. "But these online trolls smdh. #everyBODYisbeautiful."

Lawrence knew from a young age that she wanted to change the industry, and she's been doing everything in her power since then to make that happen. She has a huge following on social media and, mostly, gets praised for her confidence, especially since she doesn't photoshop any of her photos.

"Never thought I'd love my body," she once captioned a photo that hadn't been retouched. "In my teens I was called fat so many times by the fashion industry I am now numb to it. Because I know that this body is for more than what it looks like and I am more than a label, a size I'm one of a kind and so are you. I work to be smarter, more compassionate & giving and no one can ever take this qualities away from you...and don't try and say that this is a booty pic and my caption has nothing to do with it-my confidence has everything to do with my journey."
