Following a firm decision from Miami Heat president to declare the end of Chris Bosh's career in Miami Heat last week, that definitely closed the door for Bosh in Miami. He must go to other team that need him such as Sacramento Kings.
Riley made a stern statement from his office in American Airlines arena in Biscayne Bay, downtown Miami. The Heat decided to let Chris Bosh go and would not work for his return, even though Bosh still wanted to play.
Bosh was devastated by the decision, moreover he learned the Heat management's decision from the media. There is no phone call or contact from the team management to inform him about the decision. He said that this situation really hurt but he determined to move on and finding other teams.
"My career is not done," Bosh said in an interview with USA Today. "There's 29 other teams. It's a whole league. One team does not make up the opinion of everything."
One team that may need Bosh is Sacramento Kings, which needs a player with leadership skill such as Bosh. Although Sacramento Kings has two star players in DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay, but the team suffered a mentality crisis with its winning attitude. Last season Sacramento Kings placed 10th in the Western Conference with 33-49 regular season record.
Power forward Gay has declared that he will not return to Kings after the season 2016-2017, and he will use his player option to become unrestricted free agent as Fox Sports reported. Gay said that he would want to seek team with a winning attidue. Cousins is also predicted to take the same direction in 2018.
Sacramento Kings need Bosh to fix the team's mentality and atttude toward the game and life. Especially after its guard Darren Collison was suspended because of domestic abuse involving his wife. Bosh can become a role model for players in Sacramento for his attitude on and off-court. The question is whether Bosh will go there or not.
