Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still trying to figure their ways out of the mess of ending their two-year-long marriage. Now, actress' father says that his daughter is doing "OK" and "holding on" to what is going on in her life.
Jolie and Pitt have been fighting for for everything - from reasons why they want to get divorced to the final custody of their children. In an interview with E! News, Jolie's father Jon Vight revealed how her daughter is doing amidst this messy divorce battle.
The 77-year-old actor, recently nominated in the Best Supporting Actor category at the 22nd Critics' Choice Award, said that his daughter is doing OK and trying to adjust to the changes that have hit her following her decision to divorce.
After years of relationship, Jolie and Pitt finally got married two years ago. This year will be their first Christmas alone, ever since they fell into love. The changes following their decision to divorce have been difficult for them and their six children, and it is reported that all of them have been attending group and individual counseling sessions to cope with the changes.
Vight further said that he appreciated the way how people have been praying about everything to get fine and for also being concerned about the children. He further hoped that things will work out eventually.
The "Ray Donovan" actor also has plenty of plans for his grandchildren. In fact, he confessed that he has already selected gifts for all of them. He revealed that he does certain things every year and his grandchildren look forward to those things without fail.
The Daily Mail reports that Jolie filed for a divorce from Pitt after he indulged in a fight during a flight between France and the US. The fight took place between the actor and their eldest son Maddox, 13.
