Toni Braxton Buys $3 Million Mansion Six Months After Declaring Bankruptcy; ‘Hurt You’ Singer Will Be Justin Bieber’s New Neighbor?

Toni Braxton has reportedly bought a $3 million mansion six months after declaring bankruptcy. The "Unbreak My Heart" singer and star of "Braxton Family Values" purchased a home in the gated Calabasas community.

According to TMZ, Braxton filed for bankruptcy for the second time in 2010 claiming she owed between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts "all over the country." The 41-year-old singer reportedly filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California. In the documents, obtained by TMZ, the singer reportedly said she was only worth up to $10 million.

She also listed several companies she believed she owed money to including AT&T, The Four Seasons Hotel, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, DirecTV, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany & Co., Orkin Pest Control, The Internal Revenue Service, ADT Security, American Express, Flamingo Las Vegas, Mesa Air Conditioning, Nevada Power Company, Screen Actors Guild, The Westin, Wells Fargo Bank and others.

In July, the gossip site reported that Braxton had finally settled her bankruptcy and had to pay $150,000 in order to wipe away all her debt. Braxton's new home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an outdoor pool.

Several other celebrities live in the area including Justin Bieber. In fact, a source told TMZ that Braxton's new mansion is located a few houses down from him. Kourtney Kardashian is also new to the area.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star recently purchased Keyshawn Jackson's house, which is also close to Bieber's house. The NFL player and the "Boyfriend" singer had couple run-ins but Jackson claims he's not moving because of the trouble Bieber caused.

Braxton and Kardashian might not have to deal with Bieber for too much longer, however. A source told TMZ that the 19-year-old has decided to move out of the gated community. The source claims the egging incident involving his neighbor and the police raiding his house as a result was the last straw.
