Britney Spears Announces the Purchase of a Future Home
In October 2015, the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion was acquired for $7.4 million by Britney Spears, who is presently working on a tell-all book in a $15 million deal.
According to Zillow, the estate is valued at more than $10 million and spans a massive 20 acres. It is yet to be released. Spears spent the bulk of the pandemic cooped up inside her house, often sharing dancing videos on social media from her living room.
The Italianate home, which is nestled in a gated enclave, welcomes guests with a marble-floored entrance that leads to a carpeted great room with a 35-foot-high ceiling and a fireplace. The formal living room is centered by a limestone mantelpiece while the oak-paneled library, which has built-in bookcases and its hearth, has Parquet de Versailles floors.
The casual dining area has a bay window and is connected to the kitchen by a central island. The main suite is on the second level, featuring a private patio with mountain views and a marble bathroom. It is surrounded by four guest bedrooms and a media area.
A 1,200-square-foot poolside pavilion with its full kitchen, bath, and 3,500-bottle wine cellar, as well as a back motor court with access to a six-car garage, flowery gardens, an infinity pool, a standalone spa, and a bountiful orchard are all included in the estate. A lit tennis court and a three-hole golf course are also part of the premises, New York Post reported.

Taylor's relationship with Spears, who is the president and CEO of Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, was extensively recorded in a series of films released in September 2021 about the pop star's long-running conservatorship battle.
In the FX and Hulu documentary The New York Times Presents Controlling Britney Spears, Taylor and Greenhill were accused of keeping tabs on Spears' iPhone with mirrored chats on an iPad they kept in a safe, according to Page Six. Tri-Star disputed the accusations.
Taylor's role in the implementation of Spears' conservatorship, which lasted from 2008 to 2021, was explored in the Netflix documentary Britney vs Spears, in which filmmakers claimed they received a legal letter from Taylor's lawyer Charles Harder stating that "it was not Tri Star's place" to take a position on the matter. In a declaration to the court in November, Tri Artist refuted several earlier charges made by the pop star.
Spears and Tri-Star split up in the autumn of 2020 after Spears stated in court documents that she did not want her father to stay in charge of her conservatorship. In a different tweet on Wednesday, Britney Spears took digs at her sister Jamie Lynn Spears, accompanied with an image of flowers in a high-heeled shoe, According to Daily Mail.
