Brad Pitt, 58, did not attend the 2022 SAG Awards, which is probably for the best.
According to a recent Page Six source, Angelina Jolie's attorneys were trying hard at the time to serve Brad with a subpoena as part of the continuing battles over their French winery, so they positioned process servers at major Hollywood events like the SAG Awards.

Servers were supposedly having difficulty delivering the papers to the Fight Club actor, and they were hoping he'd show up to the SAG Awards because he won for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role in 'Once Upon a Time' in Hollywood in 2020.
Unfortunately for them, Brad Pitt did not attend the event, and they would have attempted again at the Oscars, according to the source, but Brad Pitt's attorneys put a halt to the chase before the Academy Awards began. When a person receives a subpoena, they have a legal obligation to reply to a court, and Angelina's attorneys asked Brad Pitt to turn over information and communications linked to the Château Miraval vineyard.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who have six children together, divorced in September 2016, two years after their wedding at the chateau, and are now fighting over control of the firm. The 47-year-old actress sold her stake in it to a subsidiary of the big liquor company Stoli, but he believes she was not allowed to do so without first giving him the right of refusal.
So they're presently arguing about whether she can obtain the papers she's requested. A judge just ordered Brad Pitt and his business partners to turn over the documents, although he may appeal, according to Hollywood Life.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie's Winery Dispute
As per Mirror, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took over the famed rosé firm in 2008, but after their divorce, the actress sold her part to liquor giant Stoli, resulting in a lengthy legal struggle over ownership. Brad Pitt argues his ex-wife was not allowed to sell her shares without first giving him the right of refusal, and the couple is now debating whether the actress may demand the documents she has requested.
A court ruled on Friday that Brad Pitt must hand over the documents to the opposing counsel, although the actor's legal team may still appeal the ruling. Angelina Jolie's attorneys allegedly sought to subpoena her ex at a public event three months ago, leaving actress Olivia Wilde startled after being issued custody papers on stage.
Olivia Wilde, who is presently dating Harry Styles, was handed custody papers by her ex-husband and children's father, Jason Sudeikis, while on stage at CinemaCon in April to promote her new film 'Don't Worry Darling.'
The actress, 38, was in the middle of a presentation when she allegedly received the legal paperwork from Sudeikis, well-known for his role in 'Ted Lasso.' Sudeikis hired a process server to give over critical documents about their two young children to Olivia.
Olivia Wilde's ex had no idea she would be served papers in such a public and humiliating manner, according to PageSix, after photos of the actress reading the papers on stage went viral. The materials were first claimed to be an unsolicited script given by a fan in the hopes of catching Olivia's notice.
