At her sister's 40th birthday celebration, Princess Diana confronted Camilla Parker Bowles after learning that Prince Charles had gone back to her.

Princess Diana confronted her, claiming to know what was happening at a party thrown for Lady Annabel Goldsmith in February 1989, and the two fought.

Princess Diana Called Out Camilla Parker Bowles

The 25th anniversary of Diana's sad passing is commemorated by Andrew Morton's book, "Diana: Her True Story - In Her Own Words." It describes the confrontation with Camilla in one heated passage as she described the sorrow of her marriage and her battle with bulimia.

When Princess Diana discovered that Prince Charles and Camilla were still very much dating, she claims it was the worst day of her life. She finally worked up the nerve to approach her adversary for a quick word, at which point she let it all out. Princess Diana was unmoved by Camilla's protests that she didn't know what she was talking about. All Princess Diana said in response was that she only desired a husband.

Morton's biography, 'Diana,' which came out in 1992, was denounced by the Archbishop of Canterbury. He received so much backlash that one MP considered throwing him in the Tower of London.

Despite his dismissal of Diana's death's conspiracies, he stands by his writing as the princess's truth and says that conspiracies against her were definitely made in general. This past weekend, journalist Morton claimed that Prince Charles would circle TV shows in the Radio Times to make his wife think he was going to stay in while concealing an affair, according to Mirror.

Royal Butler Details Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles' Wedding

In the meantime, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall made sure their wedding in 2005 was properly honored by friends and family even though they had both previously been married.

A blessing service was held in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle after the royal couple's civil wedding ceremony at Windsor Guildhall in Berkshire. The Queen and Prince Philip were among those who attended the latter, and they later that day hosted a reception for the newlyweds at the royal house, which one wedding guest described as a heck of a party.

Grant Harrold, a former royal butler who served Prince Charles for seven years, admitted to being taken aback when he got a special invite to Charles and Camilla's wedding. Speaking of the great event, Grant added that many famous people and royals attended what he called a joyous occasion.

When their father's second marriage took place, Prince William and Prince Harry, whom Prince Charles welcomed with his late wife Princess Diana, were 23 and 21 respectively. Camilla and her first husband Andrew Parker Bowles, to whom she was wed from 1973 to 1995, had two children together: Tom and Laura Parker Bowles.

Before becoming married to their former partners, Prince Charles and Camilla had a brief romance after meeting at a polo match in 1970. They appeared together for the first time in public on an official date in 1999. Clarence House officially announced on February 10, 2005, that Prince Charles would wed Camilla on April 8, 2005.

The Prince of Wales attended the burial of Pope John Paul II in Vatican City on behalf of his mother the Queen, hence their wedding was delayed by one day. Their real wedding, however, took place on April 9 instead of April 8.

Before changing into a light blue chiffon dress with a long-sleeved, gold-embroidered coat over top, Camilla looked stunning in a cream silk chiffon dress by Anna Valentine and Antonia Robinson and a wide-brimmed straw hat by Philip Treacy, as per Hello Magazine.

The former royal butler shared his opinion with Slingo over whether Camilla will gain popularity once she is seated next to King Charles following the passing of Queen Elizabeth, 96. When that day comes, Camilla will definitely be welcomed by the public, according to the etiquette expert. He replied, "Those who said they couldn't stand her, now those same individuals like her."

Harrold continued by predicting the characteristics of Charles' rule in light of his elderly age. Elizabeth, in comparison, was crowned when she was 27 years old. As the butlers "are there to look after the family," Harrold, who founded the Royal School of Butlers, also said that his experience serving the royal family was "like what you see in Downton Abbey," juxtaposing her "short" height with her sharp wit, New York Post reported.
