The official cast of "Dancing With the Stars" has been revealed. All 12 celebritie and their professional dancing partners stopped by "Good Morning America" on Mar. 4 for the big reveal. Among the stars competing for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy will be reality TV star NeNe Leakes, pop star Cody Simpson and funnyman Drew Carey.
The ABC show has seen a lot of shakeups recently as they prepared for Season 18. They fired Brooke Burke-Charvet as co-host and replaced her with Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews and they also let go of their orchestra band.
It was rumored that producers want to attract a younger audience and also more male viewers and believe Andrews will be able to bring her sports followers to the show. Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli will all return as judges and Tom Bergeron will remain as the second co-host.
Today, the show announced another shakeup. This season, America will not only be able to vote for their favorite couples but will have the opportunity to vote and change who the celebrities dance with. In a press release, "Dancing With the Stars" described the change as "The Switch Up." It's not clear how often celebrities will have to switch partners but it should be interesting to see.
