Megan Thee Stallion Faces Harassment Suit by Cameraman Who Claims He Was Forced To Watch Her Have Sex: Report

The hip-hop star is accused of harassment and creating a hostile work enviorment

A former cameraman for Megan Thee Stallion has reportedly filed a lawsuit claiming he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with the hip-hop star while she had sex with a woman.

Emilio Garcia filed a harassment and creating a hostile work environment suit against the hip-hop star in Los Angeles County Superior Court according to NBC News.

According to the court documents obtained by the Blast, Garcia began working for Megan Thee Stallion in 2018 and worked for her until June 2023.

The lawsuit claims claims he was in tour with Megan Thee Stallion in Spain when they were in an SUV with three other women when Stallion and one of the women started "having sex right beside Garcia" and her couldn't get out of the vechilce becuase it was moving, according to the suit.

Representatives for Megan Thee Stallion and her management company, Roc Nation, did not immediately respond to requests for comment for the report.

Stallion has a series of previous legal issues.

She was arrested in 2015 on assault charges for punching her ex-boyfriend at SXSW. Those charges were later dismissed.

Rap and R&B artist Tory Lanez was arrested in 2020 and charged with shooting her in 2020. He was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison in August, 2023.

In 2022, she sued her record company to get out of her contract. On October 19, 2023, 1501 Certified Entertainment and Megan Thee Stallion agreed to amicably part ways to end the suit.
