The desperate search for a missing Kansas mom and her two kids who may have been "coerced" into traveling to a Mexico religious rehab facility has come to an end.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation confirmed last week Martha Unger, 23, and her daughters, 2-year-old Madilynn Grace Unger, and 1-year-old Haylie Faith Unger, are safe – two days after an endangered persons advisory was issued.

Investigators said they made contact with Unger, but did not clarify where the family of three was located or with whom.

The Ungers were reported missing from their home in rural Haskell County, Kansas, the evening of June 28.

"Investigators believe they may have been coerced to travel to Mexico to a religious rehabilitation facility with Corney and Elizabeth Klaasen," according to the KBI.

It's unclear Martha's relationship with the Klaasens.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident continues.
