‘Pretty Little Liars’ The Movie? Producer Hints at Big Screen Debut, Cast Dishes Season 5 Spoilers

The cast and executive producers of ABC Family's hit show "Pretty Little Liars" met up at the PaleyFest at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood over the weekend to dish on Season 5 and the possibility of a "Pretty Little Liars" movie, Entertainment Weekly reports.

The panel included executive producers Marlene King, Joe Dougherty and Oliver Goldstick, along with cast members Troian Bellisario (Spencer); Ashley Benson (Hanna); Lucy Hale (Aria); Shay Mitchell (Emily); Sasha Pieterse (Ali); Ian Harding (Ezra); Janel Parrish (Mona) and Keegan Allen (Toby).

First up on the agenda were spoilers for Season 5. Fans will be happy to know that Caleb Rivers is definitely returning to Rosewood in the upcoming fifth season. King said he would make his debut on episode five, which is also the 100th episode.

Last week news broke that Tyler Blackburn would be reprising the role after his "Pretty Little Liars" spin-off "Ravenswood" was cancelled after one season. King didn't reveal whether Hanna (who recently started dating Travis) would rekindle her romance with Caleb.

King also told fans in the audience that Season 5 is going to be pretty emotional and complex since former dead-girl Alison DiLaurentis is back. Sasha Pietrse, who plays Ali, said her return is going to "cause the dynamic to change drastically."

"She's now the victim. When it was the five of them, Ali always had them under her thumb," she said. "[Now they] have to find out the pain that she has felt. Welcoming her back is going to be not as easy as it should be."

King said Ali's return will affect each girl individually and as a group. Some of their romantic relationships could also suffer.

"It feels like a whole new show," King said.

Now for the big news. Could "Pretty Little Liars" make a big screen debut? King said the question has been raised several times but didn't give a solid yes or no.

"We talk about it all the time; we would love to make a movie," King said adding that she would want to write and direct it to "continue exploring the world of these great characters."

Season 5 of "Pretty Little Liars" premiers June 10 on ABC Family.
