"Harry Potter" star Domhnall Gleeson snagged one of the coveted roles in the "Star Wars Episode 7," but it hasn't sank in how much his life has already changed.
Gleeson gave an interview to Ray Darcy on Dublin radio show 2FM to describe what his first table read was like with the other "Star Wars" cast members, Comic Book Movie reports.
"I'm still struggling to come to terms with it," Gleeson told the radio show. "It all happened really quickly for me. It was like the day before and then I'm at a table reading with Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill. It was madness but it was great."
The actor was grilled about his upcoming role, but Gleeson remained strong and didn't reveal any spoilers during the interview.
"I'm afraid if I say anything I'll give away the plot of the whole movie," he said. "I've got two years of this ahead of me. The movie is released in December 2015 -- that's the amount of time I have to keep my mouth shut!"
Gleeson joins John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis and Max von Sydow as the "Star Wars" franchise newcomers. However, original stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker will also be featured in the film.
"We are so excited to finally share the cast of Star Wars: Episode VII. It is both thrilling and surreal to watch the beloved original cast and these brilliant new performers come together to bring this world to life, once again," director J.J. Abrams said in a statement. "We start shooting in a couple of weeks, and everyone is doing their best to make the fans proud."
"Star Wars Episode 7" is set to open in theaters on December 18, 2015.
