Kate Middleton News: Duchess’ Bare Butt Published in German Tabloid after Wardrobe Malfunction (PHOTO)

Kate Middleton had a Marilyn Monroe moment and a German tabloid has the photo to prove it. The Duchess of Cambridge, along with her husband Prince William and son Prince George, just wrapped a three-and-a-half week Royal Tour of Australia and New Zealand.

The family was constantly being photographed and one paparazzo snapped a picture of Middleton and Prince William getting off a helicopter in Winmalee, Australia as a gust of wind lifted up her dress exposing her bare butt.

The couple seemed to be unaware that Middleton was flashing the world. The cheeky photo was published in a German tabloid, called Bild. According to Us Weekly, the magazine ran a story about Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and the Duchess - all from behind - with the focal point being about the ladies' assets.

The caption of the photo read, "Khloe, Kim and Kate - butts which have moved us these past few days."

The German magazine went on to say, "Photos show our favorite Duchess Kate, 32, in the Australian Blue Mountains. The rotor blades of the royal helicopter swirl the air so that Kate's summer dress blew up - giving a clear view of her beautiful bum!"

So far, Kensington Palace has not responded to the photo but they will probably be upset over it being published. In 2012, a French magazine published topless photos of Middleton and the photographer as well as the editor of the magazine were charged and prohibited from publishing or selling the photo again.

Back in February, it was reported that Queen Elizabeth had ordered Middleton to start wearing longer hemlines. Reportedly, Katie Nicholl, a Royal correspondent for Vanity Fair, said that sources confirmed that the Queen wanted the changes to start before the Duchess left for the Royal Tour in April.

"The trip will be about Kate appearing more Royal than ever - you can expect to see a lot more tiaras and the Queen will be watching closely," the source said.

Reportedly Queen Elizabeth had asked her own personal stylist, Angela Kelly, to help the Duchess pack for the trip and had "outlawed" Middleton's signature, above-the-knee dresses. Middleton has been photographed several times trying to keep her skirt down on a windy day.
