Say hello to Jessica Johnson! It looks like singer-turned-fashion designer Jessica Simpson is really enjoying married life with new husband Eric Johnson. The 33-year-old posted a picture to her Instagram account flaunting her figure in a printed one-piece swimsuit.
She captioned the photo, "Jessica Johnson." The couple got married less than two weeks ago, on July 5, at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif. It's been a long road to the altar for Jessica and Eric.
The two, who started dating in 2010 and got engaged later that same year, had to postpone two different wedding dates because of surprise pregnancies. The "With You" singer and the NFL star are parents to a 2-year-old daughter named Maxwell and a 1 -year-old son named Ace.
For the ceremony, Jessica wore a beautiful champagne and gold Carolina Herrera gown while Eric chose a simple tuxedo by John Varvatos. The newlyweds told People magazine that the wedding was "a dream come true" and Jessica revealed that her big day was inspired by the 1998 movie adaption of "Great Expectations."
"[It's my] favorite movie of all time," she told the magazine adding that she asked her wedding planner to use the film as the theme.
"I wanted to re-create the movie as much as I possibly could," Jessica said. "I didn't want it to look like your traditional wedding."
The fashion mogul also told the magazine that her mother, Tina, and sister, Ashlee served as matrons of honor and she had 12 bridesmaids, including her best friend CaCee Cobb. Eric's best man was his father, Stephen, and he had 11 groomsmen, including Ashlee's fiancé Evan Ross. Jessica's dad, Joe, officiated the ceremony.
"The whole weekend was magical for us," Jessica said. "We feel complete."
