Aly Michalka will soon become Aly Ringer! The 25-year-old actress announced her engagement to her director boyfriend, Stephen Ringer, on Instagram on Tuesday, July 15. The "Two and a Half Men" star first hinted to fans about the exciting news by posting a photo with her younger sister, AJ Michalka, where she casually wore her new bling.
"Hmmm... no one's noticed yet. #lookcloser," Michalka teased.
She then uploaded another photo giving the world a close-up view of her square-cut diamond sparkler.
"So this happened... 7/8," the actress captioned the photo.
She also tweeted about the news, posting, "Wanted to share the exciting news! Feel very blessed to know such a great love #engaged xAly."
This will be the first marriage for both Michalka and Ringer. The two have been dating a little over a year and a half. Michalka guest starred on several episodes of "Two and a Half Men" as Brooke, a bikini wax technician, who hooked up with Jenny, played by Amber Tamblyn. The actress first rose to fame on the Disney show, "Phil of the Future," from 2004 to 2006.
