V. Stiviano is once again making headlines after she accused Donald Sterling of being gay in a bizarre new lawsuit. According to TMZ, Stiviano filed legal documents in response to a suit by Shelly Sterling claiming that she never had sex with the former Clippers owner because he's into men, not women.
Stiviano also claims that she helped Donald hide his sexual orientation by being his "beard." According to TMZ Stiviano said was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Donald] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."
The model also claims that Donald's wife was "acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned some as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]." Reportedly Stiviano also said in the legal documents the gifts she received where from Donald's personal property and not community property belonging to Donald and Shelly.
According to the New York Daily News, Donald gave Stiviano a Ferrari, $240,000 in cash and a $1.8 million house outside of Beverly Hills. The model is also countersuing Donald and Shelly for defamation claiming the couple slandered her name by publicly calling her a gold digger and thief.
According to TMZ, Stiviano is seeking at least $10 million.
"She's delusional," Sterling's lawyer, Max Blecher, told the Daily News in response to Stiviano's allegations.
Stiviano first made headlines in May when she was accused of leaking tapes of Donald making racist comments. The model caused a stir recently when she hinted on Instagram that Donald could be the father of her 4-year-old daughter, Madison.
According to reports she posted a caption claiming she wanted to announce who the father was but quickly deleted it.
"I didn't really want to do this but you left me no choice. It's been four years since we met, so she says. Madison is going to be four soon. I think we should celebrate it, at a big event. Perhaps opening night of the #clippers game or we can decide and wait till the NEW YEARS to bring in 2015 with incredible new," she supposedly wrote. "Can anyone guest who's the father of my beautiful daughter Madison V Stiviano?"
