There are more troubling allegations being thrown at comedian and actor Bill Cosby. In the past, the 77-year-old was accused of allegedly raping or sexually assaulting at least 13 women, something most people seemed to forget until standup comic Hannibal Buress brought up the allegations during a routine last month.
Shortly after Buress' comments, alleged victim Barbara Bowman started sharing her story - again - claiming that the actor sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old. Now, gossip site CrazyDaysandNights.net has some more alarming information and alleges that actress Kate Walsh ("Grey's Anatomy" and "Bad Judge") was fired from "The Cosby Show" for refusing to have sex with Cosby.
The site claims that Walsh was still a young, aspiring actress when she landed the role of Denise Huxtable's (played by Lisa Bonet) friend. Reportedly, Cosby was heavily involved in the casting decision and demanded that Walsh dye her hair blonde and cut it short for the role.
He also, allegedly, suggested that Walsh make other physical changes. Because she was trying to break into the acting business, Walsh followed Cosby's instructions but drew the line when he allegedly started making sexual passes at her.
"After he had turned her into what he considered ideal he then tried to get Kate to show her appreciation by hitting on her and trying to have sex with her," the site wrote.
The gossip site claims that when Walsh refused to have sex with Cosby, she was fired and replaced with another actress. Cosby has not responded to any of the allegations.
"Over the last several weeks, decade-old, discredited allegations against Mr. Cosby have resurfaced. The fact that they are being repeated does not make them true," his lawyer told TMZ. "Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment. He would like to thank all his fans for the outpouring of support and assure them that, at age 77, he is doing his best work."
