A federal judge in Tampa, Fla. was asked to grant an emergency restraining order against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. The petitioner asked that the couple not be allowed to visit the state of Florida.
The petitioner is currently incarcerated in a Pennsylvania prison for failing to register as a sex offender, due to the attempted sexual assault and robbery of a woman in 1999, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
"As an American citizen of this great country, the United States, I think it's safe to say we as a country are sick and tired of the Kardashians and most of all Kimberly and her self proclaimed best rapper rockstar on the planet, Kanye West," 44-year-old Wayne Richard Albright wrote, according to Wet Paint. "This task America has placed on your shoulders won't be an easy one, but we all have faith in your ability to get the job done. So, whatta say, make us all proud."
The inmate believes the couple is "the worst pair of role models this world has ever seen," according to the Tampa Bay Times.
Kimye shouldn't take it personally. Albright also asked a Boston judge to ban on-air dancing by the Weather Channel's Jim Cantore and petitioned a Pittsburgh judge to remove "The Bachelor" from TV sets across the nation because the show is a bad example for children, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
In a response on Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Charlene Edward Honeywell issued a written order of denial, citing case law that requires Albright to show he's at risk of harm. She also noted that Albright didn't pay the filing fee.
Enjoy the Sunshine State, Kim and Kanye. You've won this round.
