Josh Duggar is currently in a long-term rehab treatment center stemming from the revelation that he cheated on his wife and has been addicted to porn. Earlier in the year it was revealed he allegedly molested two of his sisters while they were juveniles and at least one other juvenile victim. These scandals continue to haunt the ex reality star.
Back in August, porn star Danica Dillon claimed she had two sexual encounters with the former "19 Kids and Counting" star that really creeped her out, as HNGN previously reported. After meeting at a strip club in Philadelphia in March, Duggar allegedly paid Dillon $1,500 for sex. She claims he said he had always been a huge fan and even though the sex was consensual, she did not like Duggar's rough approach. After all these months, Dillon is finally attempting to make him pay.
In a lawsuit her attorneys filed on her behalf on Tuesday, Dillon claims Duggar, 27, "assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries" during the initial sexual encounter in March, according to People. Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, is seeking $500,000 in damages, a way for him to pay for the emotional and physical abuse he has allegedly caused her. She claims that since the incident, she has been seeing a psychiatrist and has been in treatment for severe anxiety.
"I tried to be sexy and seductive and then he was like, 'No, let's get straight to the point,' and [we] took our clothes off, took his clothes off, and he was very rough with me," Dillon told Entertainment Weekly. "I never said no. I am going to have to reiterate that: I never told him no. But I did push him back and push him off and say 'That's too rough, that's too rough.' "
"This defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at a trial," her attorney Marc Frumer told In Touch. "They are all relevant if he takes the stand... The defendant has a history of sexual and physical abuse towards women, particularly those he perceives as vulnerable and weak. He has to be held responsible for his actions."
The legal papers also describe a second encounter the two had after Duggar tried to apologize at a different venue a month after the encounter. Although he seemed sincere at first, she claims he continued to "act physical and violent" towards her once again.
As for the second alleged encounter, Dillon said things seemed different in the beginning, but quickly turned dark again. "He walked up to me and said, 'I am so sorry for the things that I did to you, I am not that type of person,' " she explained. "And I believed him, you know? It was a sincere apology. But to be honest with you I shouldn't have, probably. I had my phone under the pillow with 9-1-1 already dialed in...Everything he had to do was like he had to be in control and had to be in power."
