A 60-year-old pastor from Ohio has married his 19-year-old pregnant girlfriend will full permission and support from his 44-year-old wife.
Thom Miller, who is a former mafia enforcer and claims that he "found God in prison," is now constructing a new house in Mansfield, Ohio, which includes one wing for each wife
Both Belinda, 44, and Reba, 19, claim that they are fine with a life of polygamy, but Thom asserts that he is the only one in the relationship allowed to have more than one partner, the Daily Mail U.K. reported.
They are currently living in a smaller home where each of the wives gets three nights with him before the other one takes her turn in spending the night with him.
Reba's family was friends with Thom, and he knew her when she was younger. When Reba became an adult they met once again and he and Belinda became close to Reba when the three of them volunteered at a soup kitchen.
Thom and Reba married at Thom's church, where he and Belinda also had their wedding ceremony seven years ago, the Sunday World reported.
The three plan on raising Thom and Reba's child together. "I don't preach about polygamy, but I feel it is a very Christian lifestyle," Thom told Barcroft TV.
"I have no problem with homosexuals but I think it's wrong that their marriage is now recognised by the state, but my second marriage is not. I'm going to try and fight the bigotry of that," he said, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. "This is America and my wives and I have the right to live any way we please, providing we're not hurting anybody."
