The Kardashians are known for their extravagant and over-the-top Christmas cards, but this year they decided to go for a more simple and adorable approach by only including the grandchildren.
Kim Kardashian debuted the highly anticipated card on her website on Wednesday, writing "All you need is love." The card includes her daughter North West and Kourtney's children Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick looking trendy and cute dressed in all black. Kim and her husband Kanye West's newborn son Saint was not featured in the card, as he has not yet been seen by the public eye, even though this would have been quite the debut. The photo might have also been taken before he was born.
"This year, especially the last couple of months, was so hectic that it was hard to arrange a full family shoot," a source close to the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" family told E! News. "Showing the kids also seemed like the perfect thing to do."
"All you need is love!" Kris Jenner captioned the photo. "Merry Christmas and happy holidays from our family to yours! #PureJoy #ourangels #familyislove #myheart."
Last year was the first time in a long time that the famous family did not release a card. "I think what we're going to do this year is - we're a little confused this year because we ran out of time," Kim told Glamour U.K. at the time. "I think this is the first year that we're not doing our card...We're kind of sad, we just couldn't get it together. And where is everyone? Y'know, this one doesn't want to be in it, this one does want to be in it, so who knows..."
