Supermodel Stephanie Seymour has been arrested for an alleged DUI. The 47-year-old former Victoria's Secret model was pulled over on Friday night in Greenwich, Conn., when she allegedly went the wrong way at a stop sign, according to TMZ. When a car came up behind her 2015 Range Rover on a highway off-ramp, she allegedly put the car in reverse instead of going forward and hit the car behind her. The driver did not report any injures.
Officers at the scene said Seymour "smelled like booze," was unsteady on her feet and had bloodshot eyes, but Seymour refused to take a field sobriety test. She was then booked under suspicion of DUI.
In the past, the model has received treatment for substance abuse, according to Page Six. In 2000, she was admitted into the Silver Hill Hospital, which is a luxury rehab center in Connecticut, for an additiction to painkillers, specifically Vicodin.
Seymour is married to billionaire real estate developer Peter Brant, according to New York Daily News. She was one of the world's most famous supermodels in the late '80s and early '90s. She has four children.
Seymour's reps have not responded to any requests for comments.
