Khloé Kardashian has been extremely supportive of her little brother Robert Kardashian. When the former reality TV star allegedly went into hiding after putting on an estimated 100 pounds in 2014, Khloé cared for Rob and tried to encourage him to lose weight. But ever since Rob moved out and started dating the Kardashian/Jenner family's nemesis Blac Chyna, he's been shedding the pounds - and Khloé isn't taking credit for his health transformation.
At a red carpet event for Live Chin Up in New York City today, the "Kocktails with Khloé" star (who dropped a reported 35 pounds herself) answered questions about her brother and how he's been doing on his weight-loss journey. The 28-year-old reportedly dropped an additional 10 pounds on top of the 40 he reportedly lost ever since he started dating his makeup artist girlfriend.
"Rob is good," the 31-year-old "Strong Looks Better Naked" author told E! News. "He's working on his fitness journey right now, so I'm just really happy that he's living this mantra that I preach every day. Yeah, I'm happy. Whatever puts people in a positive path, that's the best thing."
But when asked whether Rob's transformation had anything to do with her encouragement, Khloé responded with a laugh and an eye roll.
"I don't think so, god," she said. "Who knows who the f--k he listens to at this point."
Khloé has tried to help Rob take control of his eating habits and attempted to motivate him to make a lifestyle change, as documented on the family's hit E! reality TV series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." However, it seemed like there was nothing anyone, including momager Kris Jenner, could do to inspire Rob to adopt a healthier lifestyle - except for Chyna.
The model has reportedly been a source of motivation in Rob's life ever since they started dating in January. The couple has a "no cheat days" vow and they're sticking to a strict diet, along with couples gym sessions. Sources close to the duo confirm that Chyna has been a positive influence on her new boyfriend.
"It really all is because of Blac Chyna," a source told "Entertainment Tonight." "Chyna is great... She has brought this new side of him out - the old Rob! He's really having a lot of fun."
