Taylor Swift’s alleged hatred of her friend Selena Gomez’s boyfriend, Justin Bieber, might be because she’s jealous of their hot and heavy romance.
According to Hollywood Life, Bieber isn’t concerned about Swift saying negative things about him to his girlfriend. Insider sources told the gossip site Bieber believes Swift is a hardcore "hater" when it comes to Gomez and isn’t a true friend.
"He doesn’t care that Taylor gets in Selena’s ear and runs him in the ground for filth. Whatever. He knows Selena is not listening to her at all when it comes to him and even if she did, he knows she’d still be by his side,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“Haters come in all shapes and sizes and disguises, including a best friend,” the insider added. “Truth be told, Justin thinks that Taylor is ruining her friendship with Selena by yapping and telling her that he’s a bad guy. Selena will see Taylor for what she’s worth in the end — a bitter and jealous girl.”
However, Hollywood Life sources also claim Swift is looking out for Gomez’s best interests, and “hates” the “control” Bieber has over her. Swift is reportedly ready to cut ties with Gomez for good if she plans on staying with Bieber after all she’s been through with him.
“[Taylor] finds Justin to be one of the worst people she has ever met. She hates him and hates that he has this control over Selena,” an insider told the site.
Bieber been making headlines lately after videos of his legal deposition surfaced online. TMZ posted four edited videos showcasing Bieber’s worst behavior in the courtroom, including wagging his finger at lawyers when they asked about Gomez.
