Monday night on "The Tonight Show," host Jimmy Fallon challenged all four of "The Voice" coaches to a game of "Spin the Microphone." Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams faced off against each other and the late night host for some impromptu karaoke of "It Takes Two," "Hotline Bling" and more.
The game worked like the classic teen game of "Spin the Bottle," but with a musical twist. Each contestant took turns spinning the microphone and wherever it landed, the person had to draw a song card from the stack. The player could either pick to sing the song themselves, or they could pick someone else from the table to perform it instead.
Fallon spun the microphone first and made Levine sing Britney Spears' 2001 hit song "Oops!...I Did It Again." After the Maroon 5 singer gave an unenthusiastic performance of the song, he chose Shelton to perform the Village People's 1978 song "YMCA."
After the first two rounds, the "Spin the Microphone" contestants moved onto the duet round, where Williams and Fallon performed Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock's song "It Takes Two" and Stefani and Shelton took on the Drake hit "Hotline Bling."
Fallon performed with "The Voice" judges, despite injuring his hand, as previously reported by HNGN.
